It's 5 volts at 3.4 amps. Of the other two, the top one is 4.8 amps, and the second one is 4.8 amps, or if using both ports, 2.4 amps per port. As others have pointed out, the speaker is of course smaller in the portable. But in either case, connecting an external speaker nullifies that difference.
